2006 Fall Conference - Registration Information
You can view the conference registration form by clicking here. It will open in a new window. From there you can print the form or save it to your computer.
Registration fees: Information about conference registration fees is available on the Fees page or on the registration form.
Registration dates: Early registration ends August 31, 2006. You can also register up through the date of the conference or at the conference site itself.
Make checks payable to: NC Biofeedback Society, and submit by mail with the registration form no later than September 30, 2006 to:

Discounts: There is a $50 discount for NCBS members. A group discount of $50/person also is available for two or more on full registration only. To obtain the discount, send your registrations together or reference a group name.
Hotel and Travel: The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites/Crabtree, Raleigh, North Carolina. We have secured special rates for the hotel for reservations made prior to September 27, 2006. The discounted rate for the conference is $109/night for a single or $119/night for a double. Cost includes a full hot breakfast bar each day.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by October 1, 2006 will be issued a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2006. Refunds are processed following the conference.
